By-Election of Parish Councillors WEXHAM COURT PARISH

Thursday 25 July 2024 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT
An election is to be held of Councillors for the following Parish as indicated below:

1. Nomination papers may be obtained, between 10:00am and 4:00pm, from the Returning Officer at the address shown below.
2. Completed nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Slough Borough Council, Observatory House, 25 Windsor Road, Slough, SL1 2EL on any day (excluding bank holidays) after the date of this notice, during normal office hours stated above, but no later than 4:00pm on Friday 28 June 2024.
3. If the election is contested, the poll will take place on Thursday 25 July 2024 between the hours of 7:00am and 10:00pm.
4. Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by midnight on Tuesday 9
July 2024. Applications can be made online: www.gov.uk/register-to-vote .
5. New applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5:00pm on Wednesday 10 July 2024 if they are to be effective for this election.
6. New applications to vote by proxy must be received by the Electoral Registration Officer by 5:00pm on Wednesday 17 July 2024.
7. Applications for a Voter Authority Certificate for this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on 17 July 2024. Applications for a Voter Authority Certificate can be made online:

8. Applications to vote by emergency proxy at this election need to be completed by 5 p.m. on 4 July 2024.
