ENGLISH COURSES
The courses are for residents who:
– have little or no English skills
– are not working
– are over 19 years of age
– are not eligible on our Community Learning courses or need more informal learning. New migrants and asylum seekers can apply.
COURSES STARTING OCTOBER 2020 – APPLY NOW
The courses run in the morning or afternoon.
Lessons run for two hours and for 10 weeks.
LEARN IN A CLASSROOM OR ONLINE
Courses will be offered both face-to-face and online. Face-to-face
courses will follow strict social distancing rules. Free crèche.
ESOL COURSES
LET’S TALK ENGLISH: Pre-entry and Entry level 1. If you are either new to English or looking to improve your reading, writing, speaking and listening. Progress to Entry levels 1 and 2.
LET’S TALK ENGLISH CONVERSATION CLUB: Practise and improve your spoken English in a fun group. Pre-entry and Entry level 1.
Newly Arrived Migrants – Access to Employment – ESOL (Entry Levels 1 & 2, Entry levels 2 & 3)
Free course for newly arrived migrants and for those lived in the UK for less than three years, who are unemployed and looking for work. Practise reading, writing, speaking and listening in English
